• Contact Inquiry Data: When you submit our uniform operations questionnaire, we collect your full name, work email address, organization type, squad size band, operational requirement category, and message text.
• Technical Device Telemetry: When loading pages, web server access logs record your IP address, browser user-agent header, referring URL, time of access, and pages viewed for operational system diagnostics and DDoS defense.
• Client Preference Storage: We use browser localStorage to record your consent status regarding cookie preferences.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal information under the following statutory grounds specified in Article 6 of the GDPR:

• Article 6(1)(b) - Contractual Steps: Processing contact inquiries to formulate operational kit audits or uniform schedules requested by your club.

4. Data Retention Periods

We do not store information longer than necessary for the operational purpose intended:

• Contact Messages: Stored securely for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from resolution of your operational query, unless a commercial contract is executed.
• Server Diagnostic Logs: Retained for a rolling window of ninety (90) days before automatic rotation and permanent deletion.
• Cookie Preference Flags: Stored locally in your browser storage until manually cleared or up to 365 calendar days.

We do not sell, license, or barter club contact details to external marketing agencies or apparel manufacturers. Information is processed strictly within the European Economic Area (EEA). If web infrastructure hosting requires transit through external content networks, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) authorized by the European Commission are applied.
